Shipping Policy – CureCult

At CureCult, we aim to deliver your wellness and AYUSH essentials efficiently, securely, and on time. Our shipping process is built to ensure reliability, transparency, and convenience for every customer.

Modes of Shipping

CureCult operates with a dual shipping model to ensure faster and more accessible delivery options for our users across the country:

  • CureCult-Fulfilled Orders: For products that are in CureCult's own inventory, shipping is handled directly through CureCult’s authorized courier partners. These orders are dispatched from our central warehouse after thorough quality checks.
  • Vendor-Fulfilled Orders: For products listed and stocked by onboarded vendors, shipping is handled directly by the vendor using their preferred courier/logistics service. CureCult ensures that all vendors follow our quality and delivery assurance standards before being approved to list products.

Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
  • Delivery Time: Products are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location, availability of the product, and the shipping partner.
  • Delayed Dispatch: In the rare event of any delays due to regional lockdowns, natural disasters, or courier constraints, we will proactively inform you via email/SMS.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee may be levied.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can track the status of your shipment through the ‘My Orders’ section of our website/app.

For vendor-fulfilled orders, a separate tracking number may be provided, depending on the vendor's logistics partner.

Packaging and Delivery Standards

  • All CureCult-fulfilled orders are packed using tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure safety and hygiene.
  • Vendor-fulfilled orders are required to follow standardized packaging guidelines to protect products in transit.

Note: Please do not accept deliveries if the package appears tampered, opened, or physically damaged.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will notify you. In such cases:

  • We may reattempt delivery (additional charges may apply).
  • Alternatively, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Geographical Limitations

Currently, CureCult delivers across India. For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery timelines may be extended. International shipping is not available at this time.
